Cancellation Policy

Many thanks for choosing Creative Rebel Wellness to support your wellness journey! I am committed to providing exceptional care with the highest level of integrity. I understand that life happens and things come up, and try to be flexible—I respect your time and energy, and expect the same courtesy. Booking Confirmation: When scheduling an individual Reiki service, a non-refundable deposit of $50 is required at the time of booking. If the service cost is less than $50, payment-in-full will be required at time of booking. With payment-in-full of services less than $50, the same terms apply as to that of the deposit and will be non-refundable if cancelled less than 48 hours in advance of the appointment. Deposit Handling: If the cost of the appointment is more than $50, then the $50 deposit will be credited toward the total cost of the service upon completion of the appointment. Cancellation Policy: If a client needs to cancel or reschedule an appointment, I require a minimum of 48 hours notice prior to the scheduled appointment time. This enables me to offer the time slot to other clients. Late Cancellation or No Show: If a client cancels or reschedules a Reiki appointment with less than 48 hours' notice, or fails to attend with or without notice, the $50 deposit will be non-refundable and unable to be applied as credit to a future appointment. Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule their appointments with at least 48 hours notice without incurring any additional charges. Cancellation by Creative Rebel Wellness: In the rare event that I need to cancel an appointment, you will be promptly notified and your deposit will be fully refunded. Any such missed appointments will be rescheduled as quickly and conveniently as possible, per availability and client preference. Force Majeure: Creative Rebel Wellness is not responsible for events beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of nature, government restrictions, pandemics, or any other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, appointments will be rescheduled as quickly and conveniently as possible, per availability and client preference. By booking a service with Creative Rebel Wellness, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this 48-Hour Cancellation Notice Policy.
